Documenting Miami’s Underwater Sculpture Park
Client: REEFLINE, Miami Beach
Scope: Commissioned to lead visual documentation of the inaugural REEFLINE installation, a major underwater sculpture park and hybrid reef off Miami Beach. The imagery anchored launch campaigns and was featured in global media coverage, including The New York Times, Financial Times, Smithsonian Magazine, Travel + Leisure, and more.
Following the success of the initial commission, REEFLINE retained me for additional documentation, including Miami Art Week activations, capturing Dr. Sylvia Earle, and documenting the progression of marine growth.
Services

- Editorial writing — First-person dive narrative for Scuba Diver print publication.
Overview
In fall 2025/early 2026, I was commissioned by REEFLINE to document the inaugural installation, Concrete Coral, off Miami Beach. The objective was to create compelling imagery that captured the art, environment, and mission of the organization. The project required both technical underwater execution and editorial storytelling precision. The resulting body of work has received international attention, with photographs published in The New York Times, Smithsonian Magazine, Travel + Leisure, Financial Times, Yahoo, and numerous additional outlets.
